Your package shipment
Packages are generally dispatched same working day if purchased before 4pm and are shipped via Royal mail delivery or other courier services. Standard delivery should reach you between 1 to 3 working days.
Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods within such timescales, however, some delays are inevitable. We shall not be liable for any delay that you may suffer in this regard. We also have express/next day delivery for UK purchases. Order must be placed before 3.30pm for guaranteed next working day delivery.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees may vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
Please note: To find out the total cost of shipment or delivery, you’d need to put your items into the cart and select your country in the list at checkout. Your total cost will be calculated automatically. This applies to all the countries we deliver to.
